As a customer You have the right to return the goods ordered within 14 working days of receipt of the goods in case they are not used except for sample (functionality of the product, matching of the size), the integrity of their packaging is not impaired and (All labels, stickers, etc. must be on the goods), in which also the conditions of art. 55 of the CIP are obtained.
Product should be returned at customer cost. When we receive and check returned product we will refund the amount for the product within 5 working day of receiving.
Only products suitable for return according CIP will be accepted. Personnel hygiene products and opened or used cosmetic products will not be accepted.
If a defective product is found within 24 hours. From its receipt and in the undamaged trade of the goods and the packaging, we undertake to replace it with a new under the guarantee conditions of the respective manufacturer or to refund the value of the goods you have paid, in accordance with Article 55 of the CPA, Which you have exercised your right of withdrawal as a consumer. After this period or in case of violation of the commercial appearance or the packaging of the goods, the repairs of the goods shall be borne by the repairers indicated in the warranty card. The transportation and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of LEK.BG. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the characteristics indicated on the page, the supplier replaces the goods, repairs them within the statutory period or refunds the entire amount paid by the consumer, including the transport costs paid by the consumer for acquiring the goods according to Art. 59 paragraph 3 of the CPA and within 14 working days from receipt of the goods and undamaged trade of the goods and the packaging.
VERY IMPORTANT!!! Upon receiving the shipment, you MUST check the contents of the Goods Match Package with the request.
In the case of damaged package or goods during transport, you should contact the courier for the damaged shipment protocol.
WITHOUT a protocol for a damaged shipment issued at the time of the finding, claims for damage to the transport product will not be respected, and the product (s) will be deemed to have been obtained in an orderly manner under the sales contract.
Unsolicited and not received goods within 14 days are automatically canceled.
